Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your Hardero order to request a return. This is consistent with consumer rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, sealed, undamaged packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery note).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, used or damaged after delivery (unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order:

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Do not send goods without prior authorisation.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you nominate.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products damaged by misuse after delivery.
- Orders where the 14-day return window has passed (unless the product is defective).
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
